<p>真是此一时彼一时，“由于担心全国地铁建设“一哄而上”的局面，1995年国务院发布第60号文(《暂停审批快速轨道交通项目的通知》)，宣布“不再批准地铁项目立项”。”，因为这些项目都是政府出面或者政府成立的投资公司建设的，银行贷款是少不了的，肯定是担心还不了款变成呆账坏账。现在好了，"4万亿"就开闸放水了。中央连地方政府建地铁都要管，怎么不管管地方的民生？怎么不把医院、学校、住房的批准权和财权收回去？？？“too big to fail”,不就是怕那些银行胯下吗？让他们跨好了，中国不要变成第二个爱尔兰，当初四大行的剥离坏账已经让纳税人亏了一次了，现在四大AMC又准备让纳税人再亏一次。中国有句俗话"事不过三“，再这样下去水要煮粥了<br style="FONT-SIZE: 14px; LINE-HEIGHT: 24px; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; TEXT-DECORATION: none;"/>”</p>

<p>南宁的公交车司机开车是非常猛的，全车人都跟着摇摆，再来重金属音乐的话就好了。</p><p>南宁的公共交通不好，在人的素质不能提高的前提下，主要还是得拓宽路。南宁的高架桥不多，天桥不多。</p>
