[原创]《“邕江象派”创派宣言》（全文）(中英文)

	“邕江象派”创派宣言 2009年1月23日在中国南宁举办的 “‘邕江象派’创派暨《“邕江象派”创派宣言》发表会”通过   我们，来自中国广西南宁的视觉文化艺术、学术等领域的艺术家、学者和行内人士，于2009年1月23日在中国南宁出席“‘邕江象派’创派暨《“邕江象派”创派宣言》发表会”。我们积极响应并赞同由马鸿斌先生于2008年11月间最早提出创建“在价值观念、形式、内容和媒介等方面具有变革创新精神”并集学术理论研究、书画雕塑摄影等艺术创作、石文化研究与收藏、工艺美术、文化艺术创意及设计等视觉文化艺术功能于一体的学术、艺术流派——“邕江象派”的创派设想，并愿籍此向文化艺术界、学术界以及国际社会发表如下宣言： 一、我们认为，为创立、培育和打造广西南宁本土视觉文化艺术的学术、艺术流派，挖掘和弘扬南宁本土文化艺术内涵，传承邕江文化艺术的基因，保存文化艺术瑰宝，繁荣文艺创作，鼓励“百花齐放、百家争鸣”，推动文化艺术发展，促进交流与合作，“邕江象派” 创派具有很大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。 二、我们赞同，以广西南宁的母亲河、远古文明的源头及民族文化历史的摇篮、代表“邕江文化”基因和艺术根基的“邕江”及“邕江流域”，代表邕江边的“五象岭”作为南宁别称“五象城”的“象”、代表邕江自然遗产的邕江古象化石的“象”以及用来自《易经》的“象数”和《归象易》的“象”、来自老子的《道德经》的“大象无形”的“象”、来自佛教中佛陀菩萨的化身——“六牙白象”的“象”以及来自中国古代的天文星象历法的“象”字作为“邕江象派”的核心内容组成字。 三、我们主张，“邕江象派”的核心、精髓和灵魂为“邕江出象派，革新传文明”。“邕江象派”学术、艺术范围包括视觉文化艺术的各种门类。 四、我们奉行，“变革、创新、自由、平等、尊重、融合、和谐、共赢”的学术、文化艺术理念。 五、我们呼吁，政府和其他组织机构应促进、支持和扶持更多非政府组织机构和民间的文化学术及艺术交流活动。 六、我们强调，学术、艺术流派的存在和发展应该相互包容，互补互融、互动互促。鼓励和促进多样化的学术、艺术理念和流派共同存在和发展。 七、我们反对，以某种学术、艺术价值观念强加于其他的学术、艺术价值观念。 八、我们倡导，推动建立容纳各学术、艺术流派的论坛，使之逐步形成一个具有特色的地域性及国际性的学术、艺术论坛平台。 九、我们重申，引入创新发展模式，积极融入艺术品投资市场与收藏市场。 十、我们希望，团结更多具有远大学术和艺术理想与抱负的志同道合之人士，共同谱写“邕江象派”的历史，开创多元融合的艺术理念变革创新时代！ 2009年1月23日         （全文完。   声明：版权所有，侵权和抄袭必究。为了准确表达本文原意，如需转载时，转载者必须将标题和全文一起转载，不得摘录、摘要发表，谢谢！2009年1月30日于南宁市。）      “邕江象派”创派宣言(英文) The Manifesto of the“Yongjiang Elephant Group” is be Established     It is pass formally on the conference that is the “‘ Yongjiang Elephant Group’ is be Established and the Conference for Published ‘ The Manifesto of the Yongjiang Elephant Group is be Established ’” is celebrated in Nanning, Guangxi, China in January 23, 2009.         We are the artists, scholars and professionals of the visual cultural & art circles, academic circles etc. come from Nanning, Guangxi, China whom attend the “‘ Yongjiang Elephant Group’ is be Established and the Conference for Published ‘ The Manifesto of the Yongjiang Elephant Group is be Established ’” is be Established ” in January 23, 2009. We are respond actively the idea that is established the academic art group——“Yongjiang Elephant Group”was be propound first by Mr. Ma Hongbin in November, 2008 that is “ There are the spirits of change and innovation in the ideology, forms, content and intermedium etc. and include the visual culture & arts such as art create, stone culture research and collection, industrial arts, originality and design of culture & art etc. in the academic theory research, painting and calligraphy, sculpture and photography etc. and published the manifesto herein to the cultural & art circles, academic circles and the international society as follows:          1、We consider that, in order to establish, cultivate and do our best for the academic art group of indigenous visual culture & arts in Nanning, Guangxi, China, dig for and publicize the meaning of indigenous culture & arts in Nanning, inherit the gene of Yongjiang culture & arts, save the gem of culture & arts, flourish art creation, arouse “ Let a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend”, promote development of culture & arts, advance exchange and cooperation, it is biggish realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance for the“Yongjiang Elephant Group”is be established.        2、We agree that,according to the “Yongjiang ” ( Yongjiang River ) and Yongjiang River drainage area is mother's river of Nanning, Guangxi, headstream of ancient civilization, bassinet of national cultural history that is express the gene and art basic of Yongjiang culture, the “ Xiang” ( “ Elephant” ) that is express “ Five Elephants City”, another namer of Nanning because of the “ Five Elephants Mountain” on the side of the Yongjiang River, the fossil of age-old elephants come from Yongjiang River that is express the natural heritage of Yongjiang culture, “ Xiang” ( “ Hexagram”, Divinatory Symbols ) of “ I Ching（Zhouyi, Yi Jing）: Book of Changes” and the “ Xiang” ( “ Hexagram”, Divinatory Symbols ) of the “ Gui Xiang Yi ( A part of I Ching: Book of Changes ) ” , the “ Xiang” ( “ Form” ) of “ Great Form is shapeless” of “ Lao Tzu / Dao The Ching ( Lao Zi / Dao De Jing )”, the “ Xiang” ( “ White Elephant” ) that is come from “ six teeth White Elephant” of the avatar of the Bodhisattva of Buddhism and the “ Xiang” ( “ Astronomical Phenomena” ) that is come from the Chinese ancient astronomical phenomena calendar, they are to compose the core word of the“Yongjiang Elephant Group”. 3、We insist that, the core, soul and spirit of the “Yongjiang Elephant Group” is “ Elephant Group is come from the Yongjiang River, change and innovate to inherit the civilization”.
