一封写给吴敬梓的古信

这是清代才子，《儒林外史》的作者吴敬梓的舅舅在广西修仁（今广西荔蒲县）为官时，写给吴敬梓的一封信，全文如下：<br>敬梓甥亲启：<br> &nbsp; 舅已受命广西修仁县，千里赴任，未能与你话别，一来行色匆匆，限期过紧。二来大比之年，好让你安心应考。<br> &nbsp; 舅虽远离富饶江南，来到蛮苗边疆。但心中快乐，毫无悔意。<br> &nbsp; 粤西山水，甲于天下。千峰特立，形如玉笋，奇胜无比，并非虚誉。山孤高不比华山泰山，博大不比蛾眉昆仑。然而奇峰突立，峭壁溶洞，虽鬼斧神工，莫能造化！虎丘石，飞来峰，又怎能与之相媲美呀！秀水千百，首堆漓江，其次昭江，荔江，恭江。穿岩漱石，千折百回，晶莹澄清形月交辉，水天一色。荷花汤，西子湖相形见绌矣。<br> &nbsp;修仁县僻产穷荒，盘踞边徼 ，苗壮瑶布，散居其中刀耕火种，未曾开化，土司横行，草菅人命。但相处日久，以诚相待，方知野蛮虽有，纯朴更多，虽不在王化之内，却有一样天性善良，苗人热情，瑶人豪放，壮人好客。<br> &nbsp;敬梓甥若来此一游，定然眼界大开。见识倍增，不虚此一生矣。何况舅孤身在此，对你十分思念，盼你前来。<br> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 舅泽茂亲笔 <br> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 雍正七年十月于修仁县著<br>
