哦，有这一条很好。不过，它对解决目前的紧张局势有什么帮助呢？ 上林家属应该去广西外事办抗议，敦促外事办联合外交部加大协调力度，要求加纳政府文明执法，并制止本国土匪对我公民的疯狂射杀烧抢，保障我公民人身安全...敦促中国政府和外交部及时派出包机将滞留人员接回国...或者直接致电加纳驻华大使、领馆表达抗议.. 上林人与当地酋长合作开发，并不算直接违反该国法律，檫边球而已，只因触犯了某集团利益，自然被作为清除对象，但罪不致死，可以通过法律程序解决。
