西藏游A Trip to Tibet

      八月底的时候，我和先生去西藏玩了一个星期，以下图文与大家共享。图片太多了，慢慢再传。
      In August, I went to Tibet with my husband. We participant a tour group and had  about 6 days in Tibet. We had a wonderful trip in Tibet even though we needed to endure the serious altitude[æltitju:d] sickness. What an amazing trip in Tibet, mysterious religious cultures and folklores, beautiful plateau natural scenery   and so on. Tibet is really worth to traveling.I would like to share some pictures with our bihnongx
Here is the schedule of my trip.★First, let’s look at the amazing bird view of Tibet.◆This is The Minya Konka, It is the highest peak in Sichuan. In 2004, I have been there with a student of mine. We climbed the Hailuo Gou Glacier by foot.◆And the endless sea of clouds.
◆The high mountains, It look like the wrinkle of the earth.

◆Very large glacier.

★In the second day, After had a long time rest, we visited the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple to learn something about the history Tibet and religious cultures.◆Special Tibet style building. Beautiful religious wall-painting. The thick wall is made of special plant and soil.

◆The Jokhang Temple is the spiritual center of Tibet.
◆The Namtso Lake, it means 'the holy lake' in the Tibetan language. It is the highest altitude salt lake in the world.
◆Nagenla Yamaguchi , nearby the Namtso Lake. At an elevation[﹑eliveiʃn] of 5190 meters. It is airless, I got headache and my lip got purple.
◆Yak and The Tibetans, they look like living in the high sky.


★In the 4th and 5th day, (August  29th~ August  30th). We visited Nyingtri. Nyingtri means Throne of the Sun. There are many tourist attractions.◆Nyang-chu  River, It is clear, glitter , in the Tibetan language ,it means the “tear of fairy”.
◆The Citadel of King Gesar.
◆Lu lang virgin forest. There are many old and tall pine.
◆Serene and picturesque Idyllic  landscape
◆Nanyi Valley. There are some Lhoba people living in the Nanyi Valley.
◆Pretty Lhoba guide.◆Lhoba houses.

1、一定要跟团；
2、不要逞强，一到那里你就知道自然的威力了。

也不见得非得要跟团吧？我去了两次都是自助游。

看到雕楼让我想起了长城与灵渠。
三者有一个共同点：都是世界著名的人文景观（建筑工程）；都是实力雄厚的两个民族对抗的结晶。
汉蒙对抗抗出了长城；汉藏对抗抗出了雕楼；汉越对抗抗出了灵渠。
