margin-left: auto; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; "><font color="#0000ff" size="2">经过整治后的贯城河</font></p><br/> 同样的大旱，相比于上游的云南曲靖，贵州安顺城区饮水却不是很紧张，一大原因是，他们的饮用水源主要来源于长江流域的乌江水。<br/><br/> 不过，对于珠江流域下游的其他地方，安顺真的“不够朋友”——由于地理位置原因，他们饮用长江水，全部污染却排向珠江流域。<br/><br/> ■不吃珠江水却排污至珠江<br/><br/> 安顺地处长江流域与珠江流域分水岭地带，境内河流以苗岭山脉西段南北两侧划分，北东属长江流域乌江，南西属珠江流域北盘江，南东属珠江流域红水河。安顺几乎处于分水岭的脊背上，依地理位置和水势流向，城区用水主要靠长江水系的水库供应。<br/><br/> 安顺水利局水土保持科科长张琚乾介绍说，安顺城区的居民生活用水主要来源于市外的中型水库——梭筛水库，同时还有8口水井和猫猫洞水库辅助供水。梭筛水库也称之为夜郎湖水库，是安顺城区人民的主要饮用水源地，容量为4亿立方米，每天供水量为8万吨。猫猫洞水库位于安顺宋旗镇、西秀区轿子山镇和普定县白岩镇境内，为安顺城区饮用水源补给点。<br/><br/> “虽然珠江流域北盘江也经过我市，但大部分北盘江主干流都处于海拔较低的地方，取水成本很大，所以没向珠江流域取水。”张琚乾说。<br/><br/> ■去年建起首个污水处理厂<br/><br/> 来到安顺西秀区广场公园，公园内的贯城河却让人不敢恭维。<br/><br/> 长5公里多的贯城河是贯穿安顺城区重要河涌，当然也是主要排污河，这里的污水最后还是排向珠江流域北盘江。记者见到，整个约10米宽的河涌垃圾随处可见，虽然河水没有发臭，但河水有些发黑变紫，河水也几乎成一滩死水。<br/><br/> “这条河现在好多了，以前闻都不敢闻。”据张琚乾介绍，桥头东面是由容量为200万方的虹山水库供应，西面是由容水量为100万方的娄家坡水库，以前由于周边村寨的生活污水和部分生活垃圾直接排入水库，而且虹山水库和娄家坡水库补给水源严重不足，贯城河污染严重；前几年市政府召开了专题研究会，并投建全市首家污水处理厂，于去年3月开始运营，污水处理才有所好转。<br/><br/><br/></td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></tbody></table></div></div></div></div><div style="font-family: Arial;
