line-height: 1.8em; "/><br style="word-wrap: break-word; line-height: 1.8em; "/>    应肇庆天湖生态邨邨长梁焕林邀请,记者当日参加在南宁东南亚美食城和美楼酒家的肇庆特色旅游美食南宁推广活动。一落座,记者就对宣传海报上「喜有此鲤」四个大字有些疑惑。经打探,「喜有此鲤」即文庆鲤在市场上的另一名称,因文庆鲤的「庆」字本为(上「山」下「乃」)」字较少人认识,为了使人们更容易记住如此奇妙的鲤鱼,并且感谢上天赐予这样一个独特的环境来养育如此鲜美的鲤鱼,使拥有的人们满怀欢喜,特此称为「喜有此鲤」。<br style="word-wrap: break-word; line-height: 1.8em; "/><br style="word-wrap: break-word; line-height: 1.8em; "/>    席间的美食家们告诉记者,慈禧品尝文庆鲤后大赞其鲜,特赐镌有「岭南第一塘,文庆鲤鱼王」的牌匾给塘主。从此「文庆鲤」盛传于世。传说如此动听,令记者对文庆鲤的鲜美味「伸颈以待」。同时,对丰富的原材料兴趣满满。<br style="word-wrap: break-word; line-height: 1.8em; "/><br style="word-wrap: break-word; line-height: 1.8em; "/>    梁焕林告诉记者,清蒸文庆鲤的搭配特别讲究,首先就要备齐陈皮丝、红枣丝、葱丝,「没有腥味的,清蒸不用放姜,放陈皮就好。免姜免油,清蒸才最鲜美」。他还介绍到,清蒸文庆鲤需要热碟蒸,即把蒸鱼的碟蒸热以后再放上鲤鱼。蒸鲤鱼时,鱼皮向下,鱼内肉向上,「这样就不会流失鱼皮下的『鱼油』,吃起来很爽滑」。记者细细品尝,鱼汁油亮饱满,鱼肉的确鲜嫩。传说中的「文庆鲤」果然「天生丽质」。<br style="word-wrap: break-word;
