PP 真实！震撼！一个千人红瑶寨子的变迁

2001年，本报记者艰难跋涉走进这个红瑶寨子，通过深入采访到写下长篇报道《走进白云山上的红瑶寨子》，真实反映了当年红瑶同胞贫穷的生活以及浓郁奇特的民族风情，该文获得广西报纸副刊年度好作品二等奖。时隔9年之后，今年5月15—16日，记者再次走进这个红瑶寨子作回访，见证了——                一个千人红瑶寨子的变迁            本报记者       融水苗族自治县大浪乡红邓屯，是一个有190户1008人却少为人知的红瑶寨子。     红瑶是瑶族的一个分支，又是瑶族里最落后的一个群体。2001年，记者采访这个寨子时发现：尽管同属瑶族，但红瑶与别的瑶族在语言、习俗等方面完全不同，在经济社会发展上更是全面落后：当年全寨人口近千人，却没有一个人外出务工，没有一个女子嫁给外族人，没有一家人有电视机，更没有手机、摩托车、电冰箱、电脑……2001年全寨年人均纯收入不足500元。     这次记者再度采访红邓瑶寨，心里担忧的是：红瑶同胞这些年来过得还好吗？     瑶寨的路已经“小变”      红邓瑶寨，位于海拔近千米的崇山峻岭之上。     从大浪乡政府到红邓约30公里，须先驱车到大浪塘村停下，这里距离仍未通车的瑶寨最近。     下车后被一条大河拦住去路，这里原本只是一条小溪，因下游建麻石电站形成宽约200多米的水面，须乘小舟或走铁索桥渡过对岸。也因此，造成大浪乡尚有4个少数民族村委未通公路，共12000多群众生产生活极不便利。     到了对岸，脚下是一条新开不久、通往红邓瑶寨约20公里的“公路”：沿着山坡、山崖边延伸向远山，最窄处不足2米多、最宽处约3米，汽车、拖拉机无法通行，摩托车则需要“勇敢”的车手才敢上路。     2001年初次采访红邓，记者步行4小时才攀爬到寨子。这次再度回访，记者改为“大胆”搭乘摩的。摩的司机是经过挑选的“老司机”，记者搭在后座尽管胆战心惊，却没见他车头歪过一下。当然，哪怕就歪那么一下，采访就可能“夭折”。记者算了时间，仅用40分钟即到寨口。前来迎接记者的村主任陈忠桥见面就说：“现在出行方便多了，摩托车开得快半个小时到大浪塘。”     听陈忠桥介绍得知，这条“公路”是寨里人自筹资金14万元，加上上级资助10万元建成，可见红邓人迫切希望早日结束出门靠肩挑步行的历史。     然而，通往瑶寨的路，仅有这点“小变”还远远不够，甚至还是“危险的”。记者次日返程便遇到了“凶险”：摩的行至一悬崖边，因下过雨道路泥泞，车头突然飘忽拐向崖边，司机猛拐车头，摩托车像脱缰的野马被拽住马头，一头栽在“公路”靠山一侧，司机和记者被摩托车压倒在山墙上，记者左手臂挂彩见红，司机左脚踝严重受伤。     “没得事呢！摔不下山的！”司机一瘸一瘸地发动摩托还想继续前行，记者却再也没那个“勇敢”了。待闻讯赶来的陈忠桥见到记者“挂彩”后，他一面深表歉意一面请记者转达瑶寨人的呼吁：红邓的路仍期盼“大变”！     为何不将道路拓宽使农用车、汽车可通行？原来，问题出在上面提到建麻石电站后，库区将瑶寨与外界隔绝。除了红邓瑶寨，同时被隔断的还有苗族、汉族村屯共12000多人口。必须尽快架设一座桥梁，让各族村寨之路早日通达外界。不少关心红瑶及其他库区群众的部门和爱心人士已经大力呼吁，但架桥所需近900万经费至今仍无处落实。     红瑶风情产生“微变”      2001年记者采访红邓时发现，红瑶最让外人好奇之处在于：民族风情特别浓郁奇特，民族传统不改，世代从不与外族通婚。         如今，红瑶在礼俗上依然不变：走进瑶寨，不论遇到大人或小孩，也不论你是熟人或陌生人，瑶寨人都会说：“来啦？进我家啊！”而你随便进哪家，都会受到打油茶的热情款待。     2001年，红邓人仍从未与外族通婚。如今，已经有20余位红瑶女子嫁给汉族或苗族小伙子。“不过，至今仍没有红瑶小伙子娶外族女子。”村主任陈忠桥说，这与红瑶人外出打工地点过于集中、交往面窄有关。     红瑶在服饰上也发生了变化：过去红瑶男女日常生活都穿本民族服装，如今男子只有在过大节时才穿，女子如今上身已穿“汉装”，唯有下身仍穿本民族世袭的“百褶裙”。     陈忠桥说，寨里老一辈担忧却无法改变的是，说不准过不了多久，红瑶女子就要改成一身“洋装”。到那时，只有等待寨子开发成旅游点后，为了吸引外人眼球，才故意套上道具服装。     红瑶生活发生“巨变”      15日下午，记者到达红邓后立刻走村串户进行走访，发现寨子里虽然建了不少新楼，但依然全部是木质吊脚楼。瑶族同胞家里有电、有水、有沼气灶等。当晚，记者入住村民陈清良家，发现他家电视机、电冰箱等家用电器一应俱全。陈清良说，他家在寨里属于中上生活水平。      当晚，有16位村民应邀前来陈清良家共进晚餐。把酒言欢中，大家纷纷向记者描述9年来发生的巨大变化：当年寨里无人外出打工，如今中青年人几乎都外出；当年寨里没有摩托车，如今全寨有近200余辆；当年没有一户有电视机、碾米机，如今家家户户都有了；当年瑶族汉子夜晚相邀喝酒，要寨头叫到寨尾，如今成年男子个个都有手机；当年瑶族同胞辛勤耕作一年下来仍吃不饱肚子，如今随着政府有关部门手把手教他们改种“杂优种苗”及引导外出打工人员增多，家里的粮食已经吃不完；当年寨里谁家攒有千儿八百块钱过年，就会笑得嘴巴歪了，如今外出打工者揣几万块钱回家过年已不稀奇……据陈忠桥介绍，去年红邓年人均纯收入已经达到2000元，比9年钱增加了4倍。      陈忠桥说，红邓瑶寨的日子一天比一天好，全靠党和政府及爱心人士给予的特殊关怀和扶助：有史以来，红瑶恪守“女不读书”传统，是“春蕾计划”使红邓在2003年出了“红瑶第一个女大学生”；2008年经《广西民族报》社牵线搭桥，上级有关部门拨给13万元引水工程款，使红邓家家户户用上了甘甜且永远免费的自来水；政府帮助修建沼气池，使红瑶同胞不再大量砍伐森林当柴火； 9年前，红邓人仍不愿外出务工，是政府有关部门耐心引导他们才逐渐走出大山；2005年，香港环保助学团捐资42万元建成了崭新的红邓小学教学楼；今年，国家又投巨资修建防火水池，让瑶家人远离火灾风险……      记者此时插话说：在红邓唯独不见有电脑，网络在这里还是一片空白世界？     陈忠桥连连点头说：“红瑶的生活有点改变，但整体文化素质还是很低的。”接着，他代表大伙说出了一个共同的担忧：政府过去对红瑶实行特殊照顾政策，使红邓有了参军的、当干部的、读大学的人才，而今，考公务员实行“一刀切”，红邓等边远高寒山区少数民族寨子很难再有人能“当干部”了。因为，将世世代代文化落后的群体与发达的民族摆在同一起跑线上竞技，既是不公平的，也不能充分体现出党和国家对特殊少数民族的照顾政策。 本月上旬，我也刚陪同领导去桂林出差，顺便去桂北海拔850米、猫儿山附近的塘洞村走了一遭，桂北山区独特的民居、淳朴好客的山民、良好的自然环境（尤其是植被茂盛潺潺溪流一路相随）给人留下了非常美好的印象。我去的寨子是苗寨，楼主去的是瑶寨。不过，情形大体类同。只是去时山上的野杨梅还很青很酸，楼主去时居然已经红了。但愿苗瑶同胞都能过上好日子。
