2009年家乡的公路和水利建设

[此贴子已经被作者于2010-3-22 17:56:56编辑过] <p>第二项工程：自来水工程。</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 20pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">2010年1</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">月，国家投资建设的抵麻乡自来水工程基本竣工，主水管将山水引到乡政府办公楼前。该工程是抽取岩底河上源的沟边山泉到罗拥山顶畜水池，再自流入牛场。抵麻乡饮水工程属于惠水县<span lang="EN-US">2007</span>农村饮水安全工程，原计划总投资<span lang="EN-US">60.19</span>万元。其中，中央补助<span lang="EN-US">41.1</span>万元，省级配套<span lang="EN-US">5.67</span>万元，地方自筹及投劳折资<span lang="EN-US">13.42</span>万元。该工程设计建设内容有：新建提水站及水池、供电工程、输供水管道及设施，属于联村集中供水工程，国家批复建设方案不含进户部分。进户部分由乡政府组织受益村组自行集资解决。</span></p><p><img src="attachments/dvbbs/2010-3/20103221801077186.jpg" border="0" onclick="zoom(this)" onload="if(this.width>document.body.clientWidth*0.5) {this.resized=true;this.width=document.body.clientWidth*0.5;this.style.cursor='pointer';} else {this.onclick=null}" alt="" /></p><p>该图是2009年8月拍摄的。图中右侧就是蓄水池，清洁的泉水是从下面的山沟里抽取的。这里海拔比抵麻乡政府所在地高出20-30米，海拔为1270多米。<br/></p><br/><br/><br/>

[此贴子已经被作者于2010-3-22 18:32:18编辑过] <p>查阅《公路工程技术标准》（JTJB01-2003）可知：</p><p>路基宽度为6.5米的，应该是双车道四级公路。0.25+3.00+3.00+0.25=6.50m。</p><p>路基宽度为4.5米的，应该是单车道四级公路。0.50+3.50+0.50=4.50m。</p><p>四级公路的设计速度为20km/h。</p><br/>
