2006年首届百色国际山地户外挑战赛
<STRONG><FONT size=2>哗------------有红头文件<br><br></FONT></STRONG><br><STRONG><FONT size=2><IMG src="http://images.sport.org.cn/2006/03/15/1715471231.jpg" border=0><br><br></FONT></STRONG>2006年首届百色国际山地户外挑战赛竞赛规程<br><br><br>一、 比赛组织单位：<br>批准单位：国家体育总局<br>主办单位：中国登山协会<br>承办单位：百色市人民政府<br>二、 比赛时间和地点：<br>比赛时间：2006年5月12日—14日<br>竞赛地点：广西省百色市<br>三、 比赛路线及项目设置（如有变动另行通知）：<br>(一) 比赛路线:比赛共3天，全程约180公里，平均每天60公里。<br>(二) 项目设置：越野跑、山地车/赛跑交替、山地自行车、登山、划船、漂流、绳索越野技能等。<br>四、 队伍组成：<br>(一) 共20支参赛队伍。国外代表队3支，国内代表队17支。<br>(二) 每队4名队员（至少有一名异性），国内代表队可设1名领队，国外代表队由当地配1名联络员。参赛队伍提供队伍情况介绍、队员个人2寸彩色照片（电子版）及参赛简历。<br>五、 参赛资格：<br>(一) 各省、自治区、直辖市户外运动俱乐部、大专院校及相关从业机构等均可报名参加比赛。<br>(二) 参赛选手必须有代表单位。<br>(三) 参赛队员年龄18—50周岁，身体健康（出具当年县级以上医院健康证明，含心电图）。<br>(四) 参赛队员必须掌握各比赛项目技术，具备良好的水性和体能，队伍中至少有一名队员掌握自行车调试修理技术。<br>(五) 队伍在比赛期间统一着装。<br>(六) 由中国登山协会审核确定参赛资格。通过中国登山协会资质认证的俱乐部优先考虑。<br>(七) 被国际或国内任何单项组织停赛的运动员没有参赛资格。<br>六、 竞赛规则：<br> 参照中国登山协会的山地户外运动竞赛规则，制定本次大赛各项目的组织实施细则。<br>七、 成绩判定与录取名次：<br>(一) 在规定的时间内，完成当天的赛程，计成绩。<br>(二) 最终名次按3天比赛的累积用时由少到多排列。<br>(三) 总奖金15万人民币。团体总成绩录取前十二名，颁发奖杯、证书和奖金；不足十二名,按实际完成比赛的情况录取。<br>(四) 每天按当天的比赛成绩排名取前三名，颁发奖金；当天比赛成绩第一名的授予领跑衫。<br>(五) 设拼搏奖和体育道德风尚奖，颁发奖杯；设“优秀运动员称号”奖五名。<br>(六) 团体总成绩前十名的队伍将取得参加“2006年杭州天目山国际山地户外运动挑战赛”的优先权。<br>八、 比赛装备：<br>个人装备清单<br>名称 规格 数量（每人） <br>安全带 座式 1 <br>主锁 UIAA或CE认证 3 <br>扁带 UIAA或CE认证，120cm和60cm各一条 2 <br>下降手套 全指，掌中皮制 1双 <br>8字下降器 1 <br>水袋 1.5升以上 1 <br>头盔 自行车头盔 1 <br>头灯 1 <br>山地车 可以自带，也可以使用大会提供自行车； 1 <br>指北针 每队一个 1 <br><br>九、 报名与报到：<br>(一) 报名：每队限报领队1名、队员4名，队员中至少有一名异性。报名表必须加盖所代表单位的公章，并于2006年4月20日前报中国登山协会户外运动部。<br>联 系 人：史芸 魏军<br>电 话：010-67103237 传 真：010-67116120<br>电子邮件：<a href="mailto:shiyun1120@126.com" target="_blank" ><FONT color=#3a553a>shiyun1120@126.com</FONT></A><br>地 址：北京崇文区体育馆路9号国家体育总局登山运动管理中心户外部<br>邮 编：1000763<br>(二) 报到：关于比赛报到的具体时间、地点及接待问题待参赛队伍确定后另行通知。<br>十、 费用：<br>(一) 国内代表队报名费1000元/每队。被确认为正式参赛队伍后将报名费于4月30日之前汇入指定帐户。<br>(二) 比赛期间食宿由大会负责，超出的天数费用自理。<br>(三) 参赛人员从出发地至百色的往返火车硬卧票和大巴票由大会负责。境外队员报销境外居住地至南宁的国际往返机票。<br>十一、抗议和申诉：<br>凡对竞赛成绩、裁判员执法、参赛运动员资格有异议提出申诉者，需向组委会提交领队签字的《申诉报告书》及500元申诉费方可受理。如果胜诉，500元全款退回。<br>十二、未尽事宜另行通知，本规程解释权属中国登山协会。<br><br>下载报名表<a href="http://images.sport.org.cn/download/2006/03/15/1724354992.doc" target="_blank" ><FONT color=#3a553a>报名表</FONT></A><br><br>中国登山协会<br>二○○六年三月十四日 <br>[此贴子已经被作者于2006-4-8 13:49:25编辑过] 体育项目，发展前景广阔。 <BR><BR><IMG src="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/images/attachicons/image.gif"> <a href="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/member.php?action=credits&view=getattach" target="_blank" ><FONT color=#3a553a>图片附件</FONT></A>: <a href="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/attachment.php?aid=2437" target="_blank" ><STRONG><FONT color=#3a553a>111.jpg</FONT></STRONG></A> (2006-4-4 10:01, 736.58 K)<BR><BR><IMG src="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/attachments/day_060404/111_GS3S1NYptLG6.jpg" border=0> 年赛季回顾] <a href="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/attachment.php?aid=2438" target="_blank" ><STRONG><FONT color=#3a553a>1111.jpg</FONT></STRONG></A> (2006-4-4 10:01, 446.32 K)<BR><BR><IMG src="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/attachments/day_060404/1111_c2CelhNLbHMG.jpg" border=0> 中新网北京三月二十九日电 (记者 王欢)集攀登、速降、越野跑、自行车赛、游泳等多种运动于一身的山地户外挑战赛，近年来备受全球户外运动者的青睐，在自然资源丰富的中国也有了很大发展。在此基础上，二00六中国百色国际山地户外挑战赛应运而生，将于五月十二日至十四日在广西壮族自治区的百色市举行。<BR><BR> 来自俄罗斯、马来西亚、韩国和中国等国家和地区的二十支高水平代表队，将在为期三天的比赛中，完成近一百八十公里的赛程。比赛线路贯穿了百色市、乐业县、凌云县等广西著名旅游景区，设置的项目包括越野跑、山地车/赛跑交替、山地自行车、划船、登山、速降、漂流、越野技能等。其中，山地车和划船的线路长、强度大，黄猄洞天坑速降达一百八十米，堪称国内比赛之最。这些都将使本次比赛更加精彩刺激。<BR><BR> 国家体育总局登山运动管理中心主任李致新在今天的发布会上指出，顺应国际潮流，中国的山地户外运动近年来发展迅速。赛事的惊险、艰苦以及与大自然融为一体的特点，令项目本身有着非常独特的魅力和较高的观赏性。<BR><BR> 百色的自然环境、地形地貌与户外运动的赛事需要完全契合，给李致新留下了深刻的印象：“百色可以说是世界上举办山地户外体育竞赛最理想的地方之一。中国登山协会已有意将百色的比赛打造成一年一度的、在国际上有影响的精品赛事。” <BR><BR><IMG src="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/images/attachicons/image.gif"> <a href="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/member.php?action=credits&view=getattach" target="_blank" ><FONT color=#3a553a>图片附件</FONT></A>: <a href="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/attachment.php?aid=2435" target="_blank" ><STRONG><FONT color=#3a553a>62154.jpg</FONT></STRONG></A> (2006-4-4 09:53, 446.32 K)<BR><BR><IMG src="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/attachments/day_060404/62154_2YLyjF2wJdaB.jpg" border=0> <BR><BR><IMG src="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/images/attachicons/image.gif"> <a href="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/member.php?action=credits&view=getattach" target="_blank" ><FONT color=#3a553a>图片附件</FONT></A>: <a href="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/attachment.php?aid=2436" target="_blank" ><STRONG><FONT color=#3a553a>11.jpg</FONT></STRONG></A> (2006-4-4 09:53, 619.08 K)<BR><BR><IMG src="http://www.flycats.cn/bbs/attachments/day_060404/11_BqpHdVDfhjqy.jpg" border=0> <BR> 新华网广西频道4月5日电（宁泉林）随着2006中国百色·国际山地户外挑战赛的全面启动，赛事宣传平台也在不断扩大，不断有媒体加入到挑战赛的宣传阵营中。日前在华语地区有较大影响力的中文电视媒体阳光卫视也已与赛事组委会取得了联系，表示将专门派遣报道组全程追逐报道本届挑战赛，并制作专题栏目全方位向观众展现<!--ADV_CONTENT-->一个激情百色，运动百色。到时观众将可通过阳光卫视观看到挑战赛全过程。
