<P >地警方管理贵州、江西籍流动人口。一年来，<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>名挂职民警利用“警察”兼“老乡<FONT face="Times New Roman">"</FONT>的身份，依靠和发动本省籍农民工化解各类纠纷<FONT face="Times New Roman">77</FONT>起，提供案件线索<FONT face="Times New Roman">29</FONT>条，破获刑事案件<FONT face="Times New Roman">39</FONT>起，打击处理各类违法犯罪分子<FONT face="Times New Roman">25</FONT>人，有效地维护了店口镇的社会治安稳定。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P > 这只是各地探索建立警务协作机制，加强流动人口治安管理的一个缩影。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P > 记者从今天举行的中央综治委流动人口治安管理工作领导小组第一次全体会议上获悉，各地积极预防和打击侵害流动人口人身和财产安全的各类违法犯罪活动，去年共查处侵害流动人口合法权益案（事）十八万余起。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P > 各地认真解决拖欠农民工工资问题，开展进城务工青年维权工作，依法保护流动人口合法权益，使进城务工人员就业环境得到进一步改善。据不完全统计，去年，各地共开展劳动力市场秩序清理整治<FONT face="Times New Roman">6</FONT>万余次，取缔非法劳务中介组织<FONT face="Times New Roman">8000</FONT>余家。共青团中央开设了“<FONT face="Times New Roman">12355</FONT>”维权服务热线，帮助进城务工青年解决工作生活中的各类问题。北京、江苏、山东、广东四省市个体私营协会共建立法律服务机构<FONT face="Times New Roman">530</FONT>家，向个体私营业户提供法律咨询<FONT face="Times New Roman">6</FONT>万余次，调处各类侵权纠纷近万起，受理投诉<FONT face="Times New Roman">8000</FONT>余件。<o:p></o:p></P>
<P > 各地还继续深化“千校百万”进城务工青年培训活动，到去年底，共建立<FONT face="Times New Roman">3200</FONT>多家进城务工青年培训学校，累计培训进城务工青年<FONT face="Times New Roman">17.5</FONT>人次，促进青年就业<FONT face="Times New Roman">14.1</FONT>万人。目前，全国有<FONT face="Times New Roman">174</FONT>家跨省救助管理站建立了跨省救助工作网络，完善了救助管理与服务体系，去年各地共救助流浪乞讨人员<FONT face="Times New Roman">72</FONT>万人次。<o:p></o:p></P>
