[求助]请介绍一下有关民族权益保障的法律

熟悉法律的贝侬们，请整理一个本民族权益保障法律指南的帖子吧。

除了国家法在宪法、立法法、选举法、民族区域自治法等方面的宪性法当中有规定之外，我想自治区人大和政府颁布的自治条例和单行条例，应该更加具体。
不知哪位贝侬比较熟悉区内颁布的这些呢？

中国提交经济社会文化权利国际公约首次履约报告 （2003-06-27 20:22:29）来源：新华网 　　新华网日内瓦６月２７日电　中国政府２７日在日内瓦向联合国提交了《经济、社会及文化权利国际公约》首次履约报告。 
　　该报告全面介绍了近年来中国在促进和保护人民经济、社会和文化权利方面取得的成就。提交履约报告是中国在人权领域的一项重要举措，进一步体现了中国政府一贯重视人权和倡导国际人权合作的积极态度。

不過聯合國的《經濟、社會及文化權利國際公約》中是使用 "peoples"，似乎並非指 ethnic groups，即大陸稱的 56 個民族耶。
